We like the fact that it was off the main road and offered us spectacular views in a countryside location. We designed the house to take full advantage of the views, hence placing the lounge on the first floor rather than the ground. The property has been extended in the time that we have lived here and there are also plans in place for further extension should one wish to take them up.
We love the fact that there is the wildlife to observe and how quiet the location is although you are only a couple of minutes away from exiting the Island.
