I have found the flat really spacious to live in and I love that there are only a handful of other flats in our block.

For me the location has been great as I work in Chichester and being so close to the motorway makes the commute about fifteen to twenty minutes which is fantastic.

Also having the allocated parking space is a bonus as I never have to struggle trying to find a space nearby.
