This has been a great family home for us for 14 years, its sad for us to be moving but we all feel it is time for a new family to grow and develop here.

The location for the train is so convenient and you can be in Gunwharf/Chichester in 20 minutes door to door which is fantastic for shopping, cinema and night life.

I also walk into Havant for shopping, and the train line to London and Brighton. Also there are some beautiful walks nearby such as the billy trail and wayfarers. It is a location I have loved and will be staying in.
