Greenwich park and town centre are considered a short walk away. Food shopping is simply excellent with a wide choice of supermarkets within walking distance, such as Tesco (express and large store), Sainsbury's local and Waitrose to name a few.
There are various fees a tenant is responsible for in addition to the rent payment. Our landlords require a one-off security deposit which is normally an amount of 6-weeks rent and this gets secured in one of the government recommended schemes for security purposes and upon vacating the property this is refunded, so long as the property is handed back in the condition it is found in (you will be advised on the exact protection scheme when you move in). We do charge administration fees which cover the referencing process and execution of the tenancy agreement(s) and is charged at £150 for the first tenant and £70 for any subsequent tenant.
