When we viewed this property it was in a bit of a "time warp" but we liked the space, loved the layout and was really impressed with the garden.
We also loved the location as it is really quiet here yet is still convenient and we have really good neighbours.
Since moving in four years ago we have updated the bungalow throughout to include a new kitchen and bathroom and having noticed what a high pitch the loft had we extended into it and created our own bedroom. Due to planning, whilst it can be used as such, we are not able to advertise it as a bedroom.
We have been very happy here but have decided to relocate to a different area and are selling this property with no forward chain.
