It was mainly about the location when we were looking for a property as we had always lived in quiet areas so this was very important to us.
We also liked the fact that the house had been extended which gave us some extra living space and, being nice and modern, meant that we could move straight in. During our time here we have, since, redecorated the house throughout and laid new flooring upstairs.
Everything you need, though, is nearby which includes a brilliant primary school, shops, cafes and pubs and you also have easy access to the A2.
Since living here we have come to learn what excellent neighbours we have and there is a real sense of community spirit.
