We bought the property from new off plan 26 years ago. The position of the property is what really attracted us to that particular plot. It was a very quiet spot and had no through traffic. It was ideal for our children to be able to play out safe. It was also within walking distance to the local schools and shops. We also liked that it was near to Hempstead Valley which was newly built at the time and with needing to commute to London we had easy access to the motorway links making it very convenient for access to work.
