This maisonette has been our first home together and we have loved living here for the last 10 years, first us and then with our two young children. We are only moving, as we need to upgrade with a growing young family. We've enjoyed many family meals and dinner parties with friends here. The lounge has served as a perfect place to relax, and it's been lovely to sit in the garden with a book, watch the children play or to host barbecues in the summer. There is ample storage within the maisonette, together with in-built wardrobes in both rooms and lots of space within.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and our immediate neighbours are very friendly. There is great access to transport links, with us being located mid point of both Honor Oak and Forest Hill Stations, as well as local buses. The local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and pubs are only a stone's throw away, as well as the lovely local parks, museum (the Horniman), gym and library all within walking distance.
I am sure that whoever takes over this maisonette will also be very happy here, as much as we have.
