There’s no two ways about it, when viewing the vast number of flats that were available when I was looking to purchase, this one stood out a mile. Its location was incredibly convenient but more importantly its size and character won me over. The high skirting boards, high ceilings and the sheer amount of light that filled the rooms sealed the deal.
In recent years, due to work, I have needed to rent this property out and have never found any problems finding a tenant. Therefore, I feel if you’re a first time buyer or looking for a buy to let property this will suit you perfectly.
