Since moving here in the early 1990's, I have never considered selling before but moving back to my childhood area is an opportunity I cannot pass up.
The garden has only school grounds beyond so it is often really peaceful and, with sunshine in the garden most of the day, it is a really lovely place to sit.
It will be a real shame to move from here but new owners should certainly enjoy it.
