As a young first time buyer this property has served me fantastically. The location is close to public transport links, the building is brilliantly insulated and with the property situated at the end of a no through road the area is extremely peaceful.
I loved my property as soon as I saw it was so much better than other studios, in fact I preferred it to some one bedroom places as it had an open plan feel.
There is a parking space and generally plenty of space for visitors as well. I am now looking at moving to a house and hope whoever buys my home is as happy here as I have been.
