I have been very happy here!
The location is wonderful and very convenient. There isn’t much passing traffic so it is quite safe if you have young children or cats.
When I fancy a walk and want to take in the countryside I enjoy going up to the Downs. I have Tattenham Corner and Epsom Downs stations when I need to catch a train up to London and having Asda just up at Burgh Heath is very handy for the weekly shopping.
During my time here, I have replaced the water tank, and fitted cavity wall insulation and loft insulation. There is still plenty of scope for a buyer to update and make their own mark on the property. Some local residents have even converted the garage to an additional reception.
