Moving to East Grinstead I wanted to be somewhere that was easy enough for me to get back to see family who lived in south London. This property was in the right position, but also blew me away considering it's size compared to everything else.
The bedrooms were huge and the lounge/diner was bathed in sunlight. It was a house I could grow in to and not need to move from for a good few years.
Since moving in I have added the extension to give us the play room and study. In doing so I also moved the garage. I have also had the kitchen re-fitted and had the wood burner installed.
I'll miss the space throughout this house. It will be difficult to replicate.
