We brought this property around 18 months ago as it was brand new. We could just move in and not have to do any work. We chose to live on the first floor so we could have he balcony area and when we saw the view across the river, we were so excited!

It is a nice quiet area near the school and the shops and the apartment is lovely and warm and very cheap to run.
