When we bought our bungalow it needed complete modernisation, which was great for us as we have always wanted to redesign a home and personalise it.

The first thing that we did was convert the garage into a bedroom, had all the double glazed windows replaced and to keep future maintenance costs to a minimum, we had all the fascias replaced with uPVC.

We have also re-fitted the kitchen and the shower room and had cavity wall insulation installed, which has helped to keep our fuel bills down and the bungalow cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
