When we were looking for a property we wanted to be within the River Primary catchment area. Having a teenager and a toddler meant that we really needed 3 good size bedrooms and this house had the right amount of space.

We had a new boiler installed in 2010 and have re-decorated and installed new carpets. We also had a gas fire installed in the lounge which is a lovely focal point to the room. We have defined the lounge and dining area with our own furniture and this is the main room of the house that we spend our time in as a family.
