I moved into this house approximately 30 years ago and I have thoroughly enjoy living here. I chose to move to this house as it was close to Astor School and the park and for my family it was perfect.
I will miss how quiet the area is and the convenience to the shops as when I run out of milk it is just around the corner. I know my grand-daughter will miss the house too as she likes to come and visit for some sweets.
My family have now flown the nest and its time for another family to benefit from this home.
