When we moved here we really wanted somewhere smaller than the large town house we were in and also a bit more low maintenance. Parking was also very important for us, having experienced life with no off road parking. This house had everything we wanted and it was also in a quiet cul-de-sac. This has been our home now for approximately 9 years.
Since owning the house we have decorated everywhere and also installed a new boiler. We often take the dogs for a walk to Connaught Park, or even just take a stroll into town or round the corner to Morrisons or Asda for any essentials we may need.
