My parents bought this apartment 3 years ago to be closer to me as I live in Dorking.

They were attracted to this particular apartment as it was in good order, although they did re-decorate, with lovely views from the lounge to Ranmore.

They really enjoyed being able to pop down to the communal lounge to socialise with everyone and join in the activities on offer.
