To move in we require a non refundable administration fee of ?100 plus two weeks rent up front. A previous landlord reference, proof of employment and ID.
Housing Benefit tenants considered if over the age of 35 and with references only.
Studio flats consist of ensuite bathroom, bedroom/living area and kitchenette.
