Property description
This is a property that you really must view to appreciate the style and the potential that the property offers. The first thing that you will notice when arriving is what a lovely turning Peartree Lane is and what a nice position this property is in. Situated near the end on the right hand side this home boasts extensive frontage with plenty of room for several vehicles and a detached garage at the rear.
The current owner utilises the property as three bedrooms which are all situated on the first floor but it is downstairs where this home offers fantastic potential. Currently enjoying more than one reception room you can choose to use one of the front reception rooms as an additional bedroom if need be. Subject to approval why not convert these two rooms into one to provide a fantastic reception space, and you may even be inclined to do the same at the rear of the property where the current lounge and kitchen/breakfast room adjoin each other but could be knocked through to form one larger kitchen/family room. These are just ideas and suggestions at the moment but with your imagination you really could transform this property into a fabulous family home.
Although needing some modernising here and there the two shower rooms offer modern style suites and the home is centrally heated and double glazed, but we think the main reason you should view this property is because you will be purchasing a unique style home in a unique style position on a unique plot.
What the Owner says:
I originally moved here in 1973 and have obviously been happy as have been here for so long. I love the garden as it does get plenty of sun and I think the upstairs is much bigger than it looks from the outside. I really like the layout as it is but you could easily change it to suit you. What I really like about the area is how green it is and how convenient it is to have a local Post Office and convenience store to hand.
The property is a little large for me now so I have decided to move closer to my daughter and I really hope that whoever is lucky enough to buy the property enjoys it as much as I have.
