BASIS OF SALE
Helmoreshave been instructed by the vendors to sell the property by informalsealed tender. This means there is a closing date for all offers on 12noon on 8th May 2015. All offers will remain unopened until this closingdate. Once the closing date has passed all of the offers will be openedin the presence of the vendors.

The vendors are not bound to accept any sealed offer in respect of the property.

Byfilling in and signing the tender documentation the tenderers agreethat all work associated with the tender offer is at their own risk andexpense.

DIRECTIONS  From the Helmoresoffice make your way to the A30 via Tedburn St Mary. Follow the A30 forjust over 10 miles turn left for Belstone. Follow the signpost to thevillage. As you drive into the village there is a car park on your left,about 100m after this car park take the next hard left which is marked‘unsuitable for heavy goods vehicles’.  Drive down this lane for about0.65 mile and Skaigh Stables can be found on the left just before thesharp right hand turn in the road.  Please park under the sign forSkaigh Stables.

BELSTONE
is a beautiful villagewhich is recorded in the Doomsday Book. Its church is 13th Century andhas its own inn and village green. Bronze Age remains within the parishinclude The Nine Maidens Stone Circle. The Belstone Tor, which is to thesouth of the village is popular for walkers.  

OKEHAMPTON
is just 7 miles south to where secondary school pupils are busseddaily, where the A30 dual carriageway offers an easy commute to Exeterand beyond.
