After 9 wonderful and happy years living here, we have decided that it's time to move. Having one toddler and another one on the way, as much as we love our flat, we now need extra bedrooms and so hoping to sell it to a couple who would love and enjoy it as much as we have.

Much of the initial appeal was that the flat is situated in a very desirable area within a short 1-2minute walk to the lovely, buzzing and popular Crystal Palace 'Triangle' and local amenities as well as "green" spaces such as Westow Park to the back of the property and the majestic Crystal Palace Park only a 5 minute walk away.
We also chose it due to its excellent transport links to the centre of London. The doctor's surgery, dentists, pharmacy, barbers, Sainsbury's and other local green grocers, takeaways, bars and pubs; a post office, the accredited restaurants like Joanna's and Thamnag Thai amongst others, all within a 3 minute walk away.
It is approximately a 5 minute walk to the Gipsy Hill Station and 10 minute walk to Crystal Palace Station which now offers the Overground services to Highbury via Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton along with overland trains to London Bridge and Victoria.
There are a variety of Bus routes into Central London and beyond which run from the Crystal Palace Bus Station.
If you fancy indulging in a little boutique shopping, it is approximately a 20 minute bus ride to central East Dulwich and the bustle of the popular Lordship Lane. Bromley and Croydon town centres and their shopping malls are also within a short bus ride away.
