My family and I moved here 12 years ago, we had previously lived in Park Hill so it wasn't a huge relocation but it was certainly one that made a difference to our lives. Both our children attended Trinity School, being positioned where we are it meant the boys could walk to school or worst case scenario hop on a bus. Commuting has been so easy, Sandilands tram stop takes us straight into East Croydon where my family members were able to catch a train into London.

As a family of four we had plenty of room, our children often had friends over for tea and you wouldn't hear a peep as they were at the other end of the house. We hope the new owners will love this house.
