As far as homes go this has definitely served me well! I purchased the house ten years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed living here since. All my friends had flats with no gardens so it was wonderful to own a large maisonette as well as a garden and off-road parking.

It is a pleasure to have lived here but the time has come now to move onto my next venture. I am certain that whoever is the next owner will have a happy ownership just like I have.
