There were a lot of reasons why we fell in love with this house in the first place. The location was so quiet but we only had to go down the road to be at Crowborough's mainline station.

We love the area itself and are hopefully looking to stay around this neighbourhood. We will certainly miss it here but we know it will be a tough job to find something a bit smaller in this kind of location!

It's a great home and we have been very happy here over the years. We are sure the next owner will be just as happy as we have been.
