When we were looking in Cranleigh for a good family home, this house ticked so many boxes. The location was perfect - quietly tucked away and yet within walking distance of the village centre with all its shops and amenities. The schools were also very accessible. Our children could safely walk along the Downs Link to Snoxhall playing fields and the leisure centre so we did not always have to ferry them round by car.
We divided the garage into two separate storage areas as this suited are needs but, if the new owner wanted to change it back, this could easily be done. Now it's time for us to find somewhere smaller but we're sure another family will love it as much as we have.
