We bought this house when it was brand new. Many things about it appealed to us.

The room sizes were great and with growing children that was important - also the fact that because it is on a corner plot it meant that the drive was big enough for at least four cars and as the children would soon be driving, that was important.

The garden is also very private. We felt it was definitely the best plot available at that time.
