It's in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, buses, trains, on and off good well lit roads with bus stops right outside for all schools. We exploited the great potential of Mayfield over the years for our family, which quickly expanded to four children, aged 5 and under - lots of space and spaces, inside and out; great for play, entertaining, parties, celebrations, growing up, working from and relaxing in. Mayfield has been a brilliant house and home but with the children now all in their early thirties/late twenties with their own homes, the time has come for others to enjoy Mayfield."
