I bought this place as an investment and it has been a good one. It has always been occupied since I have owned it, and the current tenants have a contract in place until February 2015.

I really do think it is perfect for another investors, especially with the tenants in-situ, but also ideal for a family or someone looking to down size.

This property has got so much potential which is always a plus. My knowledge of the area is that it is pretty quiet around here with access to all amenities. You only have a short walk to the bus route or a bit further you are in the town centre, so very easy to get around.
