I love the fact that although it is a flat, you have your own front door. As well as that, being the only flat in the block to have a private garden is a real privilege.

When I first visited the property, I was blown away by the amount of space in the lounge/diner which greets you from the entrance, and how light and airy it is.

I also love how quiet it is around here. That coupled with the views makes it a really pleasurable place to live.
