DESCRIPTION
The bungalow is the first to be released of phase 3, a development which will consist of 33 'very sheltered bungalows' located in the picturesque grounds of Carlton Hall extending to 10 acres of mature woodland, fruit trees, ponds and extensively planted with flowers and bulbs. In addition, there will be approximately 1/2 a mile of wheelchair friendly paths, meandering through the grounds. The bungalows will be built to the highest standards using the better quality handmade bricks, handmade clay pantiles, or real slate. CARLTON HALL PERSONAL CARE AND REQUIREMENTS
Residents must be 75 years and above requiring care. Personal care from the Hall will be charged at an hourly rate recommended by Suffolk Social Services. Please note all care received by residents must be purchased from the Hall. Further details with the Agents.
OTHER SERVICES
Please note other services are available such as domestic workers, laundry, hairdressing and even hot meals via the main Hall. These are available as an additional charge.
