Chale
Chale is a popular village on the south coast of the Island about 10 miles from the Island's main shopping and administrative centre of Newport. The village has its own church, local inn, farm shop, garage with shop, primary school and bus services into Ventnor and Newport. It is close to the famous south west coast of the Island which is formed by sandy beaches beneath dramatic cliffs.
