Having owned the house for many years we can honestly say that it has been an absolutely wonderful place it was to live. The community there is very friendly and the location is superb with brilliant local schools and transport links close at hand. The parking is also a blessing with a driveway, garage and free parking to the side of the road. We have also kept the property to the best standard we could, having added solar panels which provide hot water. We decided to rent the property when we moved abroad a couple of years ago, and had no problems doing this with continuous tenants due to how desirable the area is. So we know one thing – we are handing over a wonderful property to the new owners!
