I bought this home privately about 4 years ago with one of the main attractions being that it has easy access for the schools and my mum lived nearby.
The house needed some work but I could really see the potential and eagerly set about converting the garage as a ground floor bedroom with en-suite but feel that this could easily be utilised as an office or games room.
We opened up and refitted the kitchen and this is where the house really comes into its own, as a family we spend a great deal of time in this space. Amongst other things we have refitted the family bathroom and added fitted wardrobes in the main bedroom. We have now decided to move and we will definitely miss our home .
