Single room in a recently renovated shared house. Double bed, wardrobe and small table. Shared Kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, washer, microwave, iron. Shared bathroom. All bills included working people only. Nice rear garden. £100 fees, £100 bond, plus 4 weeks rent in advance.

Deposit
The deposit is normally £200. All deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service. 247 does not keep any bonds / deposits. Minimium term is 3 Months contract agreement or licence.

admin fee
There is a set Admin fee of £180 per property based on 2 adults and 2 children. Further £55 is for each person over 18 and a further £55 charge for the guarantor check. If a person fails 247 will withhold a minimum of £50 reasonable costs, this is subject
