When I purchased this flat 5 years ago, I was immediately drawn to the location, spacious kitchen and private rear garden. The flat is in such a quiet, residential area but it's still so close to Brighton Town Centre which means I can enjoy socialising and visiting the pubs and restaurants with ease.

The summerhouse in the garden has proved to be invaluable for storage and my dogs have outside space to use and get some fresh air.

It has been a really happy place to live in and the only reason we are moving is to try and find our dream house to buy. We hope the new buyers are incredibly happy here too!
