I have lovingly restored the property and have had such great fun and excitement when everything started to come together. l will be so sad to leave but it's now time to go. I've loved living here and can park my car in the garage at the back which you can see from the flat but its also handy for storage.
I hope the next owners will be as happy as I have been here. The location is great for getting out and about so it makes a good choice for those having to commute to work, the train station is nearby in Preston Park or London Road itself. Plus the neighbourhood is really friendly.
