I moved into this flat in 2005 and it has proved to be the best first time buy for me!

It was a bit of a 'pad' at the time and I was constantly taking advantage of the fantastic proximity to Brighton Town Centre and utilising the regular buses that stop just over the road.

Lots of money is currently being invested into the area and if you fancy a night out or a nice dinner, you never have to walk further than 10 minutes to find somewhere nice.

It will be sad to leave but I have now started a family of my own so this flat is no longer suitable. I wish my new buyer as many happy times as I had here!
