This has been an amazing family home where I have raised my daughter for the past 20 years. Now that she has flown the nest it is just far too big for me so I have decided to relocate to be closer to family.
The main attractions to the house were the fantastic schooling and transport links. It was comforting to know my daughter could safety hop on a bus at the end of the road to travel in and out of the centre of Brighton.
There wasn't much in the garden at first, I have enjoyed growing vegetables in it and have created a secluded covered entertaining space amongst the mature plants and the cherry tree. Many a summer's day has been spent barbecuing with the paddling pool out and children running around!
