It is a warm homely flat that is ground floor however it feels very secure due to being high off the road side. It has a small outside patio with grassed area which is used by only one other flat owner. Plenty of sun during the day and fantastic views. The entrance to flat 6 is used by only 5 other owners so is very quiet and feels very private. If family illness not befallen me, I would quite happily stay here, as it is a most comfortable, warm and cozy place to live.\"
