Planning Approval was granted under application ref. 09/00172/FUL for conversion to a 3 bedroom dwelling. This expired in January 2012 but an extension was approved for a further 3 years until Feb 2015 under application ref. 12/00155/ETL
LEFT-HAND MIDSTREY

ROOF TRUSSES
The roof timbers and tiles have been replaced in previous times (date unknown), so look to be in very sound order (unwarranted).
