The fantastically central location of our apartment was a real draw when we first saw it - that and the ease of access for public transport, buses almost outside and the railway station a slightly longer walk away. We then realised how useful it was having two entrances and a double car port underneath.

The property served us well over a number of years and we have redecorated and replaced as we've gone along. Most recently we've fitted a new boiler and double glazing at the front.

Our needs have changed and we really don't need a property in this area anymore but we shall be sorry to lose such a conveniently located asset.
