When we first viewed the house over 14 years ago we both loved the house. The cul-de-sac position meant our children have been able to play safely outside and also in the park a few yards away.

Having the garage at the rear is really a bonus and having off road parking has been great too.

We shall be sad to leave, but it is now time for us to move on, we hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have and create their own happy memories.
