We have owned this flat for 14 years, we lived here for 8 years before renting out for the following 6 years.

When we first walked into the flat we thought it was very deceiving from the outside and loved the size of the rooms. The fact I worked in London at the time was great as only a short walk to Abbey Wood station, plus close enough to M25/A2 to access Bluewater, lakeside etc.

We loved that our outlook was up to the Abbey Woods and Abbey ruins as it is a lovely peaceful outlook. Our tenants have also been very happy here and we hope whoever buys this flat will be as happy as we have been.
