Property description
This house is a 1970’s linked-detached property located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Lower Weston. The property has 3/4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and an open plan kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar. The garage has been partly converted into a utility room and there is planning permission to convert the remainder of the garage and for a single storey extension at the back of the property. The back garden is south facing and is currently laid out in a low maintenance manner. The front garden is also low maintenance with pebbles and a small planting border. The house offers plenty of internal space, off street parking, gardens at front and back, and a chance to extend the property further. The house would make a lovely family home, with access to the city centre via a pleasant walk through Royal Victoria Park and local amenities of Newbridge not far away.
On entering the property the hallway leads forward into the open plan kitchen/dining room area on your right and the living room at the back of the house. There are French doors opening onto the patio in the back garden.
Access to the back reception room, downstairs WC and converted garage is off from the living room. The garage is split into a utility area and storage space at the front. The reception room at the back of the house, currently being used as another bedroom, is bright and south facing with French doors opening into the back garden.
The kitchen has a selection of wall and base units, dual bowl sink with mixer tap, built in double electric oven and hob with cooker hood. There is a separate larder area in the space under the stairs. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining room and provides extra work surface.
At the top of the stairs on the left are two bedrooms at the back of the house, one is a double with fitted wardrobes and the second is a single. Both are light south facing rooms.
At the top of the stairs on the right is the bathroom and another double bedroom. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle as well as a bath tub. The bedroom is a double and looks out over the front of the house.
