I watched the house being built and love how the development has been created, so all the houses look different and not the usual new build "box" style. We have loved living here for 7 years, but as my family gets bigger we need to move on.
The location is great and very quiet as it's situated in a no through road. It's great being able to park right outside the house and it really helps with the shopping and kids. The bedrooms are both a great size too, especially for a new build. I'm sure the new owners will be as happy as we've been here.
