We were first drawn to the property because of its extensive accommodation, and it had been a life-long ambition to open a sea-side B & B on the Island; this one ticked all the boxes. It soon became apparent that offering individual rooms as a house of multiple occupancy was more profitable to that’s what we’ve done ever since.
