We have lived on the Monkhams estate for many years having previously resided on Monkhams Drive. We initially liked this house due to its position on the road and when you walk out of the door it's so nice you can look right down the street plus you get lots of natural sun light streaming through the windows. Over the years we have maintained and improved many parts of the house from re-roofing and extending, renovating and refurbishing it. When I first walked in the house some twenty years ago I thought the hallway was stunning and over the years we really enjoyed having the large garden whether it's to entertain friends and family or just to sit and relax.
