1. Best offers must be received at this office by 12 noon on Friday 23rd October 2015.
2. The offer must be in a sum certain (that is not merely to exceed the best bid by a certain amount).
3. The offer must identify the prospective purchaser and the way the purchase will be funded, together with the appropriate proof of funding.
4. The offer must identify any conditions under which it is made and an indicative timescale of their satisfaction.
5. Details must be given of any approvals that are required (e.g. Board approval, funding etc.) and a timescale for the receipt of these approvals.
5. The vendors will accept the bid which, in their opinion, is the most attractive and likely to proceed. They will not be bound to accept the highest, or indeed any, offer.
6. Contracts will be exchanged within 14 days of the receipt of draft documentation and on the basis of a deposit of 10% of the purchase price.
7. Completion will take place either 14 days after completion or sooner if practicable.
8. Each party will be responsible for its own legal costs and other professional fees.
